If all the body parts are the member of an army in a battle then brain is their commander ...Like without commander no battle can be won similarly if our brain doesn't work properly our remaining parts are of no use.

Here we will not discuss about Parts of Brain, How do brain functions etc etc , that you all can check in google..Rather this blog is about knowing useful things about Human Brain which we can use in our daily life and more importantly these are my self experimented methods which I really found working .. 

Types of Human Brain

When we talk about types of brain we mean the conditions in which our brain works ... Respectively we have two conditions when our brain work...

  1. When we are conscious 
  2. When we are sub conscious 
Conscious Mind : It simply means when we are awake or we have the ability to reason or argue.

Sub Conscious Mind : It simply means the opposite of Conscious Mind  ie., when we totally accept what we imagine without arguing .

In the entire blogs or you can in every post of this blog we will mainly focus on sub conscious mind ... Before moving further let's see  What is Meditation ???

MEDITATION


Again firstly I  will tell you what Google says about Meditation ... Google says  Meditation is a practice of calming our mind with different yoga .. different therapies etc

Difficult to understand. Right ? Don't worry I'm there for you ... In simple terms meditation is all about focusing on one thought or , one feeling , or one point for a period of time just as to divert it from the current situation ..

Why Meditation ?
                                    In this busy world everyone is running after money or busy in accomplishing their dream but nobody thinks of the most important part of their body which allows them to do heir work so efficiently  ie., Brain .
People have very  hectic schedule  but they don't know that even if they  spend few minutes of their day in Cooling of their brain they can get energies for many hours ...
Now a questions arises how to cool our brain ... The answer to this simple question is MEDITATION .

Don't worry about ”how to do meditation” ”what are the position of meditation ” ”best time for meditation ” etc etc .. I'm there for u ..U will just read this post and follow to what I say because the main reason for doing so is that I share only those things which I really do out of what all I experiment .. so just be with me  in this jour ey ..
